- Is the device an All-Infrared Device? If yes, this device has no visible light that can be seen by the human eye. The light can only be seen using infrared night vision equipment (not included) The all-infrared models are ELT-IR and MCR-IR

- Press and Hold the "Front" and "Rear" buttons at the same time for 3 seconds until the single front worklight turns solid on. The device should now be ready to use.
OR - Plug in using the included charging cable plugged into a wall or car charging adaptor (Type C-C cords will not charge the device)
