MY DEVICE FLASHES WHILE PLUGGED IN. CAN I TURN THIS OFF?
GA Devices will flash while plugged in to indicate the device is receiving a charge. This feature cannot be turned off.
While the battery is charging, the single front work light will flash every few seconds to indicate the device is receiving a charge. Once the device is fully charged, the device will flash twice in rapid succession every few seconds.
The flashing battery charging indication feature cannot be turned off.
In response to customer feedback, this feature was updated in 2025 to reduce the brightness and flash frequency.
