HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Submit a request through the CONTACT FORM

Please first fill out the contact form on our site with your order details and reason for the return.

Then return your items within 30-days of the original purchase to:

Guardian Angel Device W228N727 Westmound Drive, Suite A, Waukesha, WI, 53186.

Please print this form and include it with your return along with all items included with your device; original box, charging cable and magnetic base mount that came in the device box.

If applicable, all free/discounted gifts-with-purchase items will need to be returned as well. Once received, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to credit back to your bank/credit card.

The cost of any items not returned, will be deducted from your available refund.

Customer is responsible for shipping and original shipping charges are not refundable.
