HOW DO I ACCESS THE CHARGING PORT ON THE DEVICE?
On most models the charging port is located on the side of the device next to the "Front" button.
On most models, the charging port is located on the side of the device, next to the "Front" button. It can be pretty tight, to keep the waterproof seal. Be sure to close it tight again when you are done charging so the waterproof seal is secure.
On 2020 and earlier Elite Models, the charging port is located on the bottom of the device. There is a small "door" that you will need to open using something with a small point, like a pen.
The waterproof rating only applies when the port door is securely latched.
